New Business Idea: Real Estate Website

So.

After having decrypted most of the indirect communication into direct communication, by using this blog as an indirect to direct communication converter, I come to the conclusion that only real estate is cool.

Blockchain is not cool as well.

This is bad news for all the hippies out there.

Blockchain is not considered cool, unfortunately.

The only thing that’s cool is real estate and nothing else.

All effort has to be put into real estate only, all business has to be related to real estate, every single second of your life has to be dedicated towards real estate only.

Why is it real estate and not cars, motorcycles, or the telephone?

Actually, cars, motorcycles and the telephone are still cool.

Let’s exclude the telephone from the list, I actually can’t go wrong with any of these, a real estate business, a car business and a motorcycle business is all considered cool.

But I just start with the real estate website now first, that’s let’s say is the base of coolness.

That’s like really cool, that’s 100% cool a real estate website.

I start with this, and then I might extend it to add another car business and maybe also add another motorcycle business.

Like some crazy hacker.

Like some Call of Duty Pro.

And then I do things like a hacker, hyperactive, super quick and get all these real estate deals before any of the elderly people get them.

And then they lose all their money.

And who is talking shit then, when they have no money?

It should be difficult for them to talk shit if I took all their real estate deals before they got them.

Because they like to do things relaxed and easy.

They drink a coffee with the client first.

And I run around like a hacker trying to close all the deals like a crazy maniac.

No free coffee from me.

And then all the elderly people going to freak out about this hacker kid doing things too fast.

Then they tell me slow it down, kid.

Take it easy, kid.

First the coffee, kid.

And then I run around like the maniac, unstoppable, closing all these deals.

That’s what they want.

That’s what the older people want me to do or not?

Exactly yes.

Take all their deals.

Real Estate Website Brainstorming

I was looking at a few different website inspirations.

I will write down my entire thought process in direct robot instructions, or I don’t understand anything.

Nothing at all.

I need everything as precise robot instructions, or I have no idea what the heck is going on.

So I will write down all the thought process and all the exact instructions and what I will do and how I will do it here, or I don’t get shit.

Nothing at all.

Nada, zero.

Direct robot instructions, or the communication didn’t happen.

Nothing at all.

Indirect communication is invalid.

I like the real estate blogs, because then I can just walk to the real estate buildings and gather all the information there, take pictures of the building and write an unbiased review about the first impression of the real estate by just walking in there.

I can write the blog, while walking into the real estate, and this is then considered working time from a surveillance perspective.

Remember, at every second during the day, you have to look cool.

Walking to all these different real estate buildings is considered working time, if you are working on a real estate blog.

Like this, I can look cool at every second during the day, and I can work on my blog, while looking cool, because I work on it while walking to the real estate building.

Then I’m not just sitting at home in front of the laptop and I won’t be getting shit from the elderly surveillance, that I am just sitting at home all day.

Then I am next level already, and I combined the walk to the real estate and taking pictures and gathering the information about the real estate with my new upcoming real estate blog, and then I look cool while working on my new real estate blog.

Is a real estate blog alone enough, or should it also feature a browsable portfolio of all the real estates that I visited?

This I have to think about, but I think yes, it should have a browsable portfolio as well, but the blog is a big part of the website as well.

I have to do some strategic monologue brainstorming here with direct robot instructions, that I am pulling out of thin air myself just like that.

Without this I just have total confusion and I have no idea what’s going on otherwise.

Summary

Okay what I have so far is that it has to be a real estate website now first and then after that potentially a car or motorcycle website as well.

Only these three types of websites are considered to be legit, and I concentrate on the real estate website now first.

The blog will be a core part of the website, and I will be walking to the different real estates and collect all the information by foot myself, so that this is considered working time from a surveillance perspective.

The blog is a main part, the portfolio I might add as well.

I have to think about a brand name, and then I have to put a very nice, very high class design, maybe I can just make a design similar to this one here, which I like the most:

So I can make a website and copy the super high class design from the website above and then add a super high class looking real estate blog as the core thing and then also a portfolio.

That’s the business idea so far.

Am I not scared that someone steals the idea?

I need direct robot instructions.

I need it or it’s invalid communication.

If the communication is not in the form of direct robot instructions, then it never happened and is invalid.

I have no other option and no other choice but to write all the exact steps down here, or it doesn’t exist.
