Refund and Returns Policy

Scope and Definitions

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to digital products (“e-books”) that are not supplied on a tangible medium. The term “consumer” refers to an individual purchasing for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession; all others are considered non-consumers.

No Right of Withdrawal under EU Law

Under EU law, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts supplying digital content not on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the withdrawal right.

By consenting to immediate delivery of an e-book and acknowledging the loss of their withdrawal right, consumers waive any statutory cancellation right after download or access is granted.

No Right of Withdrawal under German Law

Under German law, the 14-day statutory withdrawal period expires for digital content not on a physical carrier if the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and confirmed that they lose their withdrawal right.

Once these conditions are met and the e-book is delivered, no statutory right of withdrawal or refund applies.

Consent and Acknowledgment

At checkout, consumers must expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that they forfeit any right of withdrawal. This agreement is required to access or download the e-book and is binding once given.

No Refunds and Statutory Warranty

Because all products are delivered digitally with the withdrawal right validly waived, no refunds or returns are possible once download links or access credentials are issued.

Consumers retain their statutory warranty rights for defective digital content under applicable EU regulations, providing remedies for non-conforming goods.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform to seek amicable resolution of any complaints regarding their online purchase. This process is available in addition to statutory rights.

Access to the dispute resolution platform does not affect any legal guarantees or rights provided by law.
